Music or Art Workshops Policies
Filled on a first come, first served basis.
Students must register online by filling out the registration form and sending payment. Payment is due in-full at the time of registration. Students must also sign the Liability release forms to participate.
There are a limited number of spaces available. We will accept “one timers” only after the minimum is reached. Participants who register for the 4 sessions will have priority. Pre-registration is needed to participate. For a 4 or more sessions workshop, If you can only attend one of the dates, you will need to register at least one week in advance.
A minimum number of 20 people (for Drum Workshop) must be signed up by the registration closing date for the workshop to take place.
Workshop fees are not refundable unless it is canceled due to low enrollment. There is a minimum number of participants needed for the workshop to occur.
Refunds / Cancellations
We keep classes small to be able to focus on every person especially. We also buy materials and/or bring drums, and prepare classes, pay for artists transport, etc., in advance. We can’t accept cancellations because we wouldn’t have enough time to find someone to take your place. Workshop fees are non-refundable.
100% refunds are made if the Workshop is canceled due to low enrollment.
All refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks after workshop date for processing.

Music & Art Camp Policies

A minimum number of 10 children must be signed up by the registration closing date for the camp to take place.
Camp fees are not refundable unless it is canceled due to low enrollment.

In some cases due to emergencies or particular situations, a partial refund might be offered, or you could transfer your place to a friend, but we will need to get notified prior by email.
