Registration & Payment*

  • Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis and are limited. We keep enrollment small intentionally so every child receives the attention they deserve.

  • Camp tuition is due in full upon registration to secure your child’s spot.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is included in the total tuition.

  • Your spot is reserved only once your completed registration form and full payment are received.

  • After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with follow-up and waiver forms and camp information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before July 1st will receive a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued after July 1st or for missed days once camp begins.

  • We prepare every detail of the program well in advance — purchasing materials, arranging artist travel, instruments transportation, preparing activities, administrative, etc. Because enrollment is small, each spot is essential. We can’t accept cancellations because we wouldn’t have enough time to find someone to take your place. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Camp fees are not refundable unless the camp it is canceled due to low enrollment. There is a minimum number of participants needed for the camp to occur. 100% refunds are made if the Camp is canceled due to low enrollment.

  • All refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 2 weeks after camp end date for processing.

  • In cases of medical emergency or serious illness, please contact us as soon as possible at joycirclearts@gmail.com. We will consider a partial refund or the transfer of your spot to another family, if possible, on a case by case basis.

Weather-related closures

  • In the event of extreme weather such as hurricanes or tropical storms, we will follow local emergency guidance and may cancel or reschedule camp days.

  • Families will be notified promptly by email and text.

  • Depending on the circumstances, a reschedule or partial refund may be offered.
