Registration and Payment

We keep Art & Rhythm Camp intentionally small so every child receives the attention they deserve.

Spots are limited — register early!

Please fill out the registration form below and send payment. 

Payment options include Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. If you need to use another form of payment please let us know.

Your spot will be officially reserved only once we receive your payment and completed registration form.

Tuition is $355 per child

Families will also be required to complete a detailed registration and waiver form (which will be sent out via email after we receive your registration) in order for their child to participate at our camp.

Cancellations before July 1st receive a full refund. After July 1st, tuition is non-refundable.

Our community fund

This year we are trying something new — because we wish for all children that are excited to attend our camp to do so, regardless of the family’s financial situation, we started a community fund, inspired by the Waldorf community spirit.

If you are able and willing to give more:

When you register, if you are able and willing to add more to your payment — $10, $20, $50, $100, or whatever feels right, you would be making it possible for another child to have this wonderful artistic experience.

Every dollar goes directly toward a scholarship for a family who can't afford the full tuition.

If the full tuition is beyond what your family can manage right now, please reach out to us privately at joycirclearts@gmail.com to apply for a partial scholarship. We will do our best to meet the difference from our community fund. This is not guaranteed, we are trying this out for the first time this year.

Because showing up for one another, valuing good work, honoring our teachers, and building real community, is creating the future heart-centered world we want for our children, right here, right now, in the present moment.

We are also starting to look for grants to fund scholarships for future camps. If you have any information that would help us achieve this, we would love to hear from you. This community fund is our first step toward making Art & Rhythm Camp accessible to every child who wants to be here.

We are proud of what we offer. And we want every family who truly values it to be able to experience it.
